Account information: when you sign in with Discord or Google, we receive your username, email address, avatar, and a unique account identifier from that provider. We do not receive or store your Discord or Google password.
Order and project information: details you enter into the bot-configuration wizard, including your bot's name, description, chosen modules and platform, hosting plan, and any icon, thumbnail, or other files you upload for your bot.
Contact and support information: your name, email address, Discord username (if provided), and message content when you use our contact form or otherwise reach out for support.
Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We receive confirmation that a payment was made, the amount, and a transaction reference, but we do not receive or store your full card number, bank account number, or PayPal login credentials.
Technical information: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, used for security, rate limiting, and diagnosing problems with the Service.

3. How We Use Information
We use the information above to: create and manage your account; build, test, and deliver the bot you ordered; process payments and manage subscriptions or recurring hosting; respond to support requests and contact-form messages; secure the Service against abuse and fraud; and communicate with you about your order, including status updates for order- and account-related notifications.
We do not use your information to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service: with PayPal, to process payments; with our database and hosting providers, who store data on our behalf under their own security obligations; and, for internal order tracking, a summary of a new order (bot name, platform, modules, hosting plan, and basic customer contact info) is posted to a private internal channel we use to coordinate development — this is operational data about the order, not a public posting.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Custom Bots or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described in Section 6, subject to records we are required to keep (for example, for tax or accounting purposes).
6. Your Rights and Choices
You can review and update your account information from your dashboard at any time. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete your account and associated data, by contacting us through /contact. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
If you are located in a region with its own data-protection law (such as the EU/EEA, UK, or a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law), you may have additional rights under that law; we will honor applicable requests to the extent required.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. 8. International Data Transfers
Custom Bots operates in the United States, and information we collect may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including restricted access to customer data and rate limiting on public endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
